Return Policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REPLACEMENT OF GOODS IS POSSIBLE IF 14 WORKING DAYS HAVE NOT YET PASSED SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE!
ALWAYS CHECK THE GOODS FOR DAMAGES OR DEFECTS, AS WELL AS COMPLETENESS, UPON RECEIPT!

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right within 14 days to exchange the goods of proper quality for similar ones if the goods do not fit in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, or cannot be used for their intended purpose, provided that the goods have not been used and their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory packaging, and documents have been preserved.

If at the time of exchanging similar goods they are not available for sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other goods or receive back the money in the amount of the returned goods, or exchange the goods for similar ones as soon as the corresponding goods are available for sale again. When refunding, calculations with the consumer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. The money is refunded within seven days.

The consumer's requirements are considered only after clarifying the customer's last name and order number, the full set of goods, factory packaging with a barcode, and a warranty card. Replacement of goods or refund is possible only if all conditions and procedures are met.

You will be refused to exchange goods or refund if:
- the goods, without significant defects, are not new, i.e., have been used;
- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
- during the quality check of the goods, signs of external interference (opening) are found or other conditions of warranty service are violated;
- there is no document confirming the purchase of the goods or a warranty card, or the goods are not complete.

We also draw your attention to the fact that according to paragraph 3 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer is obliged to:

1) carefully read the operating instructions provided by the store for the product before starting to use the product;
2) if necessary, obtain explanations of the terms and rules of using the product - before starting to use the product, contact the seller for clarifications;
3) use the product according to its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the product in the operating documentation;
4) in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer regarding the use of the product - adhere to the safety methods provided by the manufacturer in the product and special rules provided in the operating documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation - adhere to the usual understandable methods of safety established for such products.

Return and replacement of goods sent to different cities of Ukraine are carried out by the buyer sending back the goods through delivery services, including "Nova Poshta".

The refund is made by cash on delivery. The postal service undertakes to deliver the goods only after payment by the recipient of the declared value. This amount is transferred to the sender. This amount must correspond to the cost of the returned goods. Before sending the goods, the buyer must contact the seller, discuss the terms of shipment, and determine the name of the recipient of the goods.
If the reason for the return or replacement is the inadequate quality of the goods, then the store bears the cost of return shipping.
If the purchased goods were of proper quality but for some reason did not suit the buyer, then the buyer arranges for the return shipment as well as the money transfer (cash on delivery).
